- Use this form to firstly enquire for availability and detailed residency fees applicable.

- Please send only 1 (ONE) application per person. We will automatically allocate the next best room if the 1st choice submitted is not available.

- If your application is successful, we will reply with a Conditional Room Offer if there is a vacancy.

- Use a proper email account because we have sent offers to applicants in the past that are full (exceeded storage) or no longer exist !

- DO NOT use this form if you only wish to obtain answers to general queries that you may have. Email apply@rooms.net.au for that.

- Lastly, do not submit an application IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONFIRMED place from the university yet - please wait till the uni offer is in hand and that means early January for most local students.
