BOUVERIE Residence

The Bouverie and Swanston Residences are located adjacent to each other midway between RMIT and Melbourne Universities. They are designed as individual blocks of only approx. 30 residents with separate entrances each to reduce traffic and noise. There are high levels of security and amenities incorporated in the design. Literally a stone's throw from the many faculties facing University Square.

This is the preferred residence of many students attending Trinity College. It is also one of the closest residences to the new Law, Engineering and Medical faculties. Online broadband is available from both the residents' rooms as well as our Internet centre beside the main office. Low cost photocopying/binding/faxing  services are also available here.

The building has a very pleasant open air BBQ deck, and every room has large windows for natural light and ventilation. Our HQ is also located within the premises.
