Each unit is accessed by a high security electronic card which also operates the unit's intelligent power system which automatically conserves electricty when residents are not in the unit. The apartments are fitted to a high standard including a fully tiled bathroom, high quality carpets and cabinetry. The units also feature a unique metal ceiling in tune with the extensive use of metal throughout the building. Every room is designed with an openable window.
