Adjustable computer tables & speakers (Boston 7500G digital w/2 speakers and subwoofer) have a once only fee and residents can use them for the entire duration of their residency.

Complete bed linen sets comprising mattress protector, fitted sheet, quilt, quilt cover, pillow and pillow slip are available for a nominal once-only cost for the entire residency period.

bicycles, VCRs, VCDs, TVs, sporting equipment including basketballs, table tennis bats, golf clubs, carts, diving tanks, fishing rods, sleeping bags, snow skis etc. We also have hair dryers, weighing machines, steam boats, BBQs, etc etc..

Subject to popular demand, if we do not have it, we will probably acquire it for the residents use - for instance, we have recently added body boards for surfing to our inventory!
