Living Environment

Our self-contained apartments are situated in small informal blocks (approx. 30 rooms each) with easy access to open air recreational decks and laundry facilities.

Light and ventilation are important parameters in our building design as well as high security for residents. Electronic access cards prevents unauthorized access by strangers. Bouverie and Swanston Residences are also video monitored.

We have one of the best ratio of open usable space to bedrooms in the Carlton and Central Business District of Melbourne.

Our room sizes are generally larger than most student accommodation complexes in the area, some of which are extremely tiny by comparison.
