WALSH Residence

(Main Wing)

The Walsh Residences are located equidistant to both RMIT and Melbourne Universities. They are 3 distinct sections with different forms of accommodation.

We provide the service to bring new students together to share an apartment with other like minded students in order to save costs and find new friends in a new environment.

The Main section consists of 4-6 bedroom units each sharing their own separate kitchen/toilets.

Finally, the new Walsh West section comprises newly built units with 2-5 bedrooms each. Rooms are larger and better appointed and the section is built around a secluded garden aspect providing a lot of greenery and open space.

Bedrooms in the Ground and new West wing are 10-25 % bigger than the rooms in the main section but apart from that, facilities are identical.

There are high security electronic entrances and it is also close to the Queen Victoria Market.

The low cost and high high amenity levels of the Main block makes it the best value accommodation in the Central city district. Early bookings are essential for this residence to ensure you do not miss out on a room for the academic year.
